ABOUT LILLYPAD COVER COMPANY

Lillypad Cover Company Ltd. is a family business with a 25 year background in vinyl fabrication in British Columbia.

Over the years we have made inflatable air domes for swimming pools, liners, lifting balloons for ocean salvage, awnings, etc. etc. Since the early to mid nineties our focus has been Hot Tub Covers.

We were one of the first to successfully go Factory Direct in BC to the consumer (in our area). Our past experience and current prices are based on the lowest we can charge without effecting quality in materials, labour or service.

We use only the best materials for our BC hot tub covers.

All covers are tapered to shed water. Polyester coated vinyl on under-side (not plastic).

We use only hot wire foam cutters. This re-seals the outer edges.

Each outer vinyl cover has 30 pieces of fabric and over 12,000 stitches to put together.

Our 60 year old state-of-the-art zipper machine.

We are now subcontracting our manufacturing to facilitate Bob's idea of retirement (which is to cut down from 7 days to 5 days a week. Rest assured quality is still a priority.)
